Ticket validation & Ticket purchase at the door

If you have purchased a single unit online ticket: Please bring the PDF ticket you have received via email (the one with the QR code on the top left) with you, in printed or digital format. After QR scanning and verification, you will receive your hard copy ticket and wristband.

If you have purchased multiple units of online tickets: If you have bought multiple units of online tickets, the same QR code is valid for all units bought. Every single scan verifies one unit purchased (for example, if you and your partner have bought two tickets for the same day, your QR code will be scanned twice). Multiple unit ticket holders can come all together and use one printed/digital copy of the ticket if they wish. However if you are coming individually and not as a group, every person must bring their own printed/digital copy of the ticket at the door. Everyone will receive their hard copy ticket and wristband after QR scanning and verification.

 In case you have not received the pdf ticket with the QR code, check your spam folder or contact us at orders@rethymnorocks.gr  to forward it to you again.

If you wish to purchase a ticket at the door, you will be able to pay by cash and card. There will be a different queue at the door for those who wish to purchase a ticket, please mind the signs and stand at that specific queue if you haven’t got a presale ticket with you.
