After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your ticket in pdf format with a QR code. Please bring the received pdf  with you at the door, in printed or digital format. It will be scanned, validated and exchanged with a hard copy ticket. If you have placed an order with multiple tickets and you are coming separately at the door, each person must carry a copy of the received pdf. In case you have not received your pdf ticket via email, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
