Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online at www.rethymnorocks.gr. All online tickets will be exchanged with hard copies at the door.
Also, you can get tickets at the following authorised spots by cash only:

If you wish to purchase a ticket at the door, you will be able to pay by cash and card. There will be a different queue at the door for those who wish to purchase a ticket, please mind the signs and stand at that specific queue if you haven’t got a presale ticket with you.
I bought an online ticket and haven’t received my pdf. What do I do?
In case you have not received the pdf ticket with the QR code, check your spam folder or contact us at orders@rethymnorocks.gr and we will forward it to you again.
I lost my presale hard copy ticket. What do I do?
Please store your hard copy tickets in a safe place after purchase. They will be checked at the entrance. In case you have lost your presale hard copy ticket, there is absolutely nothing we can do. Access to the festival grounds is granted ONLY with a valid ticket.
I have bought online tickets for me and my friends and I received one pdf file with one QR code on top. Is this valid for all of us? Can we enter separately or we need to come as a group?
If you have purchased a single unit online ticket: Please bring the PDF ticket you have received via email (the one with the QR code on the top left) with you, in printed or digital format. After QR scanning and verification, you will receive your hard copy ticket and wristband.
If you have purchased multiple units of online tickets: If you have bought multiple units of online tickets, the same QR code is valid for all units bought. Every single scan verifies one unit purchased (for example, if you and your partner have bought two tickets for the same day, your QR code will be scanned twice). Multiple unit ticket holders can come all together and use one printed/digital copy of the ticket if they wish. However if you are coming individually and not as a group, every person must bring their own printed/digital copy of the ticket at the door. Everyone will receive their hard copy ticket and wristband after QR scanning and verification.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open daily at 18:30. Be there earlier, there will be a queue.
Where can I park my car?
Parking adjacent to the Fortezza Castle is forbidden at all times. Do not attempt to leave your car by the entrance of the castle or anywhere adjacent to it. The police will be called immediately as you will be blocking the way of emergency or festival production vehicles. Parking right below the Castle is not recommended but common during summer months. There is a pay-parking area next to the Venetian Harbour (near the Castle) with a 3€ per hour, +0.50€ per hour for the next two hours and +0.60 per hour from three hours onwards.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is allowed only with your 3-day wristband. Do not remove your 3-day wristband. If you have purchased a day ticket and need to exit and re-enter, the door staff will mark you or provide you with a temporary wristband.
What should I wear/bring with me and what items are not allowed?
Comfortable footwear is essential — the Fortezza has uneven stone surfaces. Bring a light jacket for the evening. The festival prohibits certain items being brought into the venue such as professional cameras and recording equipment (unless prior arrangements have been made and press passes have been granted), food, alcohol, glass containers of ANY kind, sharp objects and any other object that might cause injury.
How do tokens work?
All bar and food purchases require festival tokens. Buy tokens at the Token Point with CASH ONLY. Coloured tokens are used for each product category. Unused tokens can not be refunded.
Do the merch stands accept card?
Official festival merch items can be purchased by cash or card. However, please have in mind that some bands may sell their merch by cash only. There is NO cashpoint inside the Fortress or around. The nearest one is at central Old Town and you will need to get there on foot and return.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Find a Red Cross volunteer (red uniform) or festival staff immediately. Red Cross volunteers monitor the whole festival area discreetly at all times.
Can I roam around the Fortress and explore?
The fortress walls, towers and ruins are structurally unsafe and are legally protected historic monuments. DO NOT APPROACH AND LEAN AGAINST THE EDGES AND BASTIONS. Restricted areas are clearly marked. Do not climb or enter restricted zones under any circumstances. Remain at the designated festival area at all times!
