CITY KIDS

Based in Athens, City Kids first came to the public in 2017. It all started as a deep desire to become a tribute to Motörhead that would faithfully reproduce their sound and spirit without any compromise in quality. A band that one would look forward to seeing live, “on a Saturday night”. After numerous shows throughout Greece and having received approval from the official Motörhead fan club, the Motörheadbangers, as well as from Lucas Fox – their founding member and first drummer – they are currently acknowledged internationally as one of the top tribute acts to Lemmy and his gang! Highlights of the Kids’ journey so far include:

• Show in October 2019 with Lucas Fox as guest  (On Parole in Athens),
• Live at the two Motörheadbangers gatherings in Athens in 2018 and 2024,
• Tribute for the 30th anniversary of Lemmy and his gang’s first concerts in Athens in 1988 (2018), and
• Lemmy Lives, a grand event for the 50 years of Motörhead and 10 years without Lemmy (Gazarte – Athens, 12/2025)

On Thursday, August 27, City Kids will take to the Hill Stage of Fortezza for the biggest Motörhead party ever held on Cretan soil!
